For Weekly Rentals, Check-in time is 4:00 PM on Saturday and check-out time is 11:00 AM on the following Saturday.
* There is an additional $98 cleaning fee. Rates are subject to change without notice. The rates above are for up to 6 renters. Each extra person will be an extra $298/week or $48/night to the rental rate. A renter is anyone 13 years of age or older who will be staying at the cottage. Note that the maximum number of persons allowed is 12 (including all ages). In addition, a security deposit of $400 is required. This deposit will be refunded within one to two weeks if no repair, replacement or unexpected cleaning is required (other than normal wear and tear).
Payment Schedule
To reserve the cottage for a given period, a nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the rental amount is required within one week of booking the reservation.
The balance of the rental amount plus a security/cleaning deposit of $400 are due three weeks before the start of the rental period.
If booking is within three weeks from the start of the renting period then the rental amount must be immediately paid in full at booking by Interac e-transer, bank draft/money order, or cash.
