For Weekly Rentals, Check-in time is 4:00 PM on Saturday and check-out time is 11:00 AM on the following Saturday.
* The rates above are for up to six guests. There is an additional $149 cleaning fee. Rates are subject to change without notice. Each extra guest over six guests will be an extra $315/week or $55/night during the high season and $215/week or $41/night during the low season. Note that the maximum number of guests allowed is ten. In addition, a cash security deposit of $400 is required. This deposit will be refunded within one to two weeks if no repair, replacement, or excessive or unexpected cleaning is required (other than normal wear and tear).
Payment Schedule
To reserve the cottage for a given period, a nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the rental amount is required within one week of booking the reservation.
The balance of the rental amount plus a security/cleaning deposit of $400 are due three weeks before the start of the rental period.
If booking is within three weeks from the start of the renting period then the rental amount must be immediately paid in full at booking by Interac e-transer, bank draft/money order, or cash.
